How many hall-of-famers has Federer faced? 2…not counting Nadal. How many has Pete faced….14! I am so tired of people calling Fed the “best ever”…there is no way! Yes he is one of the best but THE best…I would argue this…Who owned Pete? Name one guy? Nadal will surpass Fed and I hope all the haters of Pete will applaud because Fed will not break Pete’s record. Nadal is on pace to shatter it. I hope he doesn’t but…have a gut feeling that he will. I have played tennis for 15 years reaching college tennis level and currently a 5.0 open division player. I just get so tired of critics not doing their homework before blowing the “best ever” out of proportion. Stand up Pete fans…Fed is at the wall of Sampras and can’t get over it.

Would be good to update this list. As of March 2009 Rafa Nadal is having a 81%

Zman, I bet you feel like a freaking idiot now looking back at that comment of yours, as Federer did surpass Pete in style. Pete has never even won RG. Say what you want about who’s the best, but the facts remain: Roger’s won more slams.
