Thank you, Jett. I see Rafa is still wearing his plaid! 🙂

You know, Jenny, I think I remember those swim trunks from his last summer’s vacay (who knows, maybe that’s where they got their inspiration for those clay season togs 😛 )– and I think Rafa’s trimmed down more than a little bit. I don’t remember them hanging quite so low at the midline.

Not that I’m subjecting them to too terribly much over-scrutiny, of course …
      😈

I tell you, what with Rafa in his plaid, David in his navy and white polka dots, Feli and Fer in their sarongs, and Murray in his tropical beach swimwear.

      • M said

        Whew.

        All those textiles. *daydreams*
I’m thinking a looonng, slooow cruise down that right side of Spain should hit all the right ports. 😛

(AndyMur needs some sunblock. I worry about him.)

I’m sure Andy wears sunblock or he’d look like a lobster, and that skin is high risk.

You are so funny! I think I need to chaperone 🙂 It’s a bit crowded on those beaches in that neck of the woods right now!

“I think I need to chaperone”

LOL – I think we would both need one! Something tells me if we made that trip together by ourselves there would not necessarily be sufficient concern for propriety.
Anonymity, perhaps, and security, but not necessarily propriety.
        😈

      • Jenny said

But who would chaperone the chaperones 😈

      • M said

LOL! Perhaps the chaperones were made to be gradually un-chaperoned. It’s a long way from the Balearics to Valencia. 😆

*ponders telling tales of distracting chaperones on trips abroad as rebellious high-schooler*
        *decides to hold tongue*

True. Or quite simply, dumped or lost very quickly, no point in prolonging the agony!

        😆 😆 😆 Wow M I’m so impressed how observant you are!!

You’re most welcome Jenny. Indeed he is still wearing his plaid 😉

    Thank you, Jett!!

Have you seen the entire set? Our current Wimbledon champion is looking fit. In form, indeed. 😀

“Have you seen the entire set”?

You bet!! 😉 and yes he is looking fit. Loving it that he’s having fun…just relaxing.

Ho ho! Completely a different look from Fed’s beach pics.

Hope Rafa doesnt mess up those knees with his soccer playing. Fed comments on his sore back and is branded a sore loser – Rafa comments on his sor knees and thats OK. What a funny lot human beings are. And before you all go down my throat – I love watching both of Fed & Rafa play !!

    • Jenny said

Hi Mary, I’m sure Rafa will be fine. Tt’s when he plays [including hard training and surface change] hours of tennis week in week out that exacerbates his tendinitis, not fooling around kicking a ball about on a beach or the odd charity footie event. If he was in pain or discomfort he wouldn’t do it, because that really would be foolish. The problem is, folk don’t understand the actual medical condition and think he can’t lead a normal life for a young guy off court which of course he can. Roger’s back problem is a different matter, we don’t know what that is. As you know, Rafa isn’t the only player with knee tendinitis, eg Simon and Gonzo are prime exanples who have been sidelined because of it, but rest from playing, suitable treatment, careful scheduling tends to sort it out, until the next time it rears it’s ugly head.
