Roddick’s injured again in Shanghai. Poor thing! This must be a record.

All you can say is, what a drag. (And “Please shorten the season.” or “Please take it easy on your bodies.” THREE. I guess there are three things you can say.)

Roger and Rafa look so beautiful and strong.
Love Roger’s pinstripe shorts and the color slashes on the shirt placket.

    Get well soon, A-Rod, please.

Hmmm there sure are many things going on between those legs of Fed’s these days (pun intended :-D). The next record he shall “own” is the number of successful tweener on the court.

Rafa looking a bit skinnier…Wonder why. I hope its for his knees’ sake. The lighter, the faster he runs , the less impact it poses on them knees joints.

Wawrinka needs to eat a breakfast of strawberries( internal cleanser) and after some time, walnuts( anti-inflammatory with omega 3 oils). He also needs to eat porridge oats with flax seeds ( protein and omega 3 oils ). Mediterranean vegetables, brown / wild rice No eggs, no meat except lamb/goat. No wholewheat or refined sugars and absolutely no fried food. TP, make it happen.

Great stuff, Sir V and Hi! Don’t forget plenty of water. LOL I can go with fruit, veg, fish and meat, dairy, fried food [in moderation], oats and rice, urrgh! I’m lucky, I have a good skin inherited from my mum, never had acne, some aren’t so fortunate.

Aye, water is always good and he’s a professional athlete, so i’m thinking he’ll know about hydrating. You have a strong liver and pancreas, Jenny and I guess it runs in your family. Wawrinka doesn’t, unfortunately, and no dermatologist will tell him that it’s his filtering organs that are not breaking down certain foods and these unfiltered food molecules must be eliminated. Usually through the skin on his face. He also needs massive doses of milk thistle( no idea why it’s called that!) and virgin coconut / olive oil. Also plant chlorophyll to get some oxygen into his cells.

Can you imagine how much better his tennis will be once he gets all clear??I’ll bet he doesn’t smile as much as Federer because of his low self-esteem. Once he gets that liver/pancreas/kidney flush and maybe some hydro-colon therapy, his new confidence will easily take him places in the top-8. after that, who knows.

No wholewheat or do you mean no refined white flour? I thought wholewheat was ok.
Mediterranean vegetables: I guess that means no potatoes or corn…both of which I adore.
Here is my recipe for cornbread—so DELICIOUS and I have been on a binge of making it every night for the past two weeks. I do notice that my eyes are a bit puffy the next morning. Please tell me it’s not the cornbread (but I fear it is) that is making them puff.

        Preheat oven to 450 degtees.
Mix together dry ingredients: I cup stone ground cornmeal, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, i Tablespoon sugar, i teaspoon cayenne pepper.
To this add the wet ingredients all at once: 1 1/4 cup whole cultured buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 4 slivered garlic cloves, i ear of corn kernels, 3/4 cup grated manchego or sharp cheddar cheese, 1/8 cup olive oil.
Pour into hot cast iron skillet (to which 1/4 cup olive oil has been added. After about 30 seconds of cookong on top of the stove put it in the oven and 22 minutes later take it out. I love this stuff.
