Records are made to be broken, never say never, but I think it will take a long time, possibly not this generation of top guys. Nadal at 6 is the closest, somehow I don’t see him reaching 16.

Rafa is at 7, and may well be at 8 tomorrow. Only 24

Sorry, yes No 7. If Rafa gets his 8 tomorrow, another 8 to equal Roger, not easy given his physical game and he is prone to tendinitis if he overplays. Roger hasn’t quit yet, I think if he gets really fit, he could possibly get another two.
